Prompt Response: I feel as an American Italian, the culture that really goes with us everywhere is food and cars. Food is a definite thing that follows Italians tons of pizza restaurants, even big chains, family chains, etc. Pizza and spaghetti are two of the most eaten and loved foods across the globe. Then there are the Italian cars, Fiats, Ferraris, Lamborghinis. Then there is my personal favorite, Lancia, for their rally cars. Italian culture is all of America in many ways, and these are just a few small examples of it

Summary: Italian culture is all over America, the East and the West coasts.

Reflection: I learned about how smartphones collect data during the common lits.

Explain how at least one food from the episode reflects culture, identity, or community. Prompt Response:  I would have to say the PO boy's. It shows the history of new Orleans alot and the history of it being a port town. Also shows the history of the poor workers that had to work the ports. The sandwich was made for them because it was cheap and was a mix of everything you could mix PO mean poor boy.
