Prompt Response: Probably Orlando's story it was written well. I liked how he did it and the stories involved. I liked the themes of being forced to learn to do something that happened to me in my life. Some examples for me were tutoring and having to do taekwondo. It's meaningful to me because it is relatable.

Explain how at least one food from the episode reflects culture, identity, or community. Prompt Response:  I would have to say the PO boy's. It shows the history of new Orleans alot and the history of it being a port town. Also shows the history of the poor workers that had to work the ports. The sandwich was made for them because it was cheap and was a mix of everything you could mix PO mean poor boy.
