 Prompt Response: Probably the fact that I won't be the best at anything. An  example would be with painting, I am not gonna be the best or better than the pros. Also, with failure, it's gonna happen. I am always afraid of it and try to avoid it. It is bound to happen, and no stopping it

Explain how at least one food from the episode reflects culture, identity, or community. Prompt Response:  I would have to say the PO boy's. It shows the history of new Orleans alot and the history of it being a port town. Also shows the history of the poor workers that had to work the ports. The sandwich was made for them because it was cheap and was a mix of everything you could mix PO mean poor boy.
