Prompt Response: I enjoyed how we did work and how the work was thoughtful and thought provoking. I also liked the writing and discussion because I like writing and I liked how you always took everyone's opinion. I don't feel as if I need support but tone down the blog posts.

Explain how at least one food from the episode reflects culture, identity, or community. Prompt Response:  I would have to say the PO boy's. It shows the history of new Orleans alot and the history of it being a port town. Also shows the history of the poor workers that had to work the ports. The sandwich was made for them because it was cheap and was a mix of everything you could mix PO mean poor boy.
