Prompt Response: I never really learned anything about myself that I did not all ready know. I did put words and experiences out there that I have never told anybody. Like what things people say to me. some experiences of pain and loss i've gone though etc.

Explain how at least one food from the episode reflects culture, identity, or community. Prompt Response:  I would have to say the PO boy's. It shows the history of new Orleans alot and the history of it being a port town. Also shows the history of the poor workers that had to work the ports. The sandwich was made for them because it was cheap and was a mix of everything you could mix PO mean poor boy.
