Prompt Response: for me its putting thoughts into words. I feel like what I'm gonna write is gonna be great. Knowing the whole topic planning it out. When I start to write I just forget it. I get over this by just writing funny enough get my brain thinking.

Explain how at least one food from the episode reflects culture, identity, or community. Prompt Response:  I would have to say the PO boy's. It shows the history of new Orleans alot and the history of it being a port town. Also shows the history of the poor workers that had to work the ports. The sandwich was made for them because it was cheap and was a mix of everything you could mix PO mean poor boy.
