Prompt Response:  Probably move beyond the summary. I feel like sometimes essays are just all about summary's. That's how we are told to do it is just summary. Aguments are nessesary to write a essay and I feel like we need to work on that more than just summary

Explain how at least one food from the episode reflects culture, identity, or community. Prompt Response:  I would have to say the PO boy's. It shows the history of new Orleans alot and the history of it being a port town. Also shows the history of the poor workers that had to work the ports. The sandwich was made for them because it was cheap and was a mix of everything you could mix PO mean poor boy.
